On July 14th, the groundbreaking ceremony for the Sanxi High-Performance New Capacitor R&D and Manufacturing Headquarters Base project was held. This marks a solid step forward for Dongbeitang Street in its efforts to transform and upgrade its industries and expand its industrial scale. Relevant party and government leaders from Dongbeitang Street, project representatives, and construction representatives attended the event.
The project's planned land area 24.9 mu with a total investment of 500 million yuan and an estimated annual revenue exceeding 600 million yuan upon completion. The project plans to construct two five-story high-standard modern factory buildings and a five-story comprehensive office building, with a total construction area of 44,670 square meters Upon completion, the project will introduce advanced automated equipment and a big data operation platform to achieve automation and intelligence in processes such as electrode preparation, aiming to create a provincial-level smart manufacturing factory.
“The favorable business environment and strong policy support of Dongbeitang Street have provided strong support for the smooth progress of the project.” According to Yu Haiyang, general manager of Jiangsu Sanxi Electronics Co., Ltd., the project will take “full-process intelligence, full-element digitalization, and full-scenario interconnection” as its core, aiming to build a smart factory representing the forefront of the industry and injecting strong impetus into the regional electronic information industry cluster development.
Shen Yexin from Jiangsu Wuxi Liujian Construction Group Co., Ltd., stated that the construction process will strengthen collaboration among all parties, proceed according to the planned schedule, and strive for early completion and commissioning. The company will always adhere to the principle of “safety first, prevention first,” implement safety production responsibility, take dust and noise reduction measures, ensure zero accidents and zero pollution in safety production, and create a new model for Dongbeitang's smart factory.
Since the beginning of this year, Dongbeitang Street has adhered to the approach of using visual management charts, providing precise services, and promoting project construction with extraordinary efforts and speed. To date, four projects have completed completion acceptance, and six projects are under construction.
